A Study on the one Hospital Nurses´ Communication Conflict

Abstract
|
|
|
The purposes of this study was to investigate the communication conflict of nurse to the degree of the communication conflict, the factor of the communication conflict, and the relation between the degree of the communication conflict and the general characteristics of nurse.
During the period from Nov. 17, 1994 to Nov. 21, 1994, data were collected from 150 nurse working in one hospital in Seoul.
The results were as follows
1. The degree of the communication conflict of nurses had the highest mean score.
2 In the relation between the degree of the communication conflict and the general characteristics, there is a statistically significant difference for career (F=3.47, NO. 01).
3. The result of the factor analysis on the communication conflict of the nurse was the communicator, the receiver, the context.
4. In the relation between the factor of the communication conflict of the nurse and the general characteristics, there is a statistically significant
difference for career (F=3.23, P<0.01).
